The University Community Service Center (UCSC) has connections with hundreds of community organizations located throughout the Chicago area. Whether you’re looking for a one-time project or a long-term placement, UCSC will work with your schedule and your interests to find an opportunity that is right for you.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

  • Contact UCSC to set up a volunteer referral appointment. A UCSC staff member will meet with you to match you with an opportunity that fits your skills, interests, and schedule.
  • Join a Student Organization with a focus on volunteering in the community
  • Check out Neighborhood Opportunities and Tutoring and Mentoring organizations.
